NEW YORK, NY — April 7, 2025 — The FBI’s New York Field Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Carlos Martinez, also known by the alias "B-Way," who is wanted in connection with a wide-reaching racketeering conspiracy.
A federal warrant was issued for Martinez on March 18, 2025, in the Southern District of New York (White Plains) after he was indicted on serious charges including:
Racketeering Conspiracy
Continuing Criminal Enterprise
Possession of Ammunition After a Felony Conviction
Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Martinez’s arrest.
Authorities are warning the public that Martinez should be considered armed and dangerous. He is known to have ties to New York and Pennsylvania, and may be actively evading law enforcement across state lines.
