On Friday, August 9th at approximately 4:00 PM New Hartford Police Officers responded to a residence on Mayberry Place in response to a report of an unidentified male inside of a residence.
Upon arrival it was reported to Police Officers that when a caretaker to this particular residence on Mayberry Place arrived to check the premise the caretaker entered and found someone inside. The caretaker then retreated, ran to a neighbors home and called 911. New Hartford Police Officers responded and within minutes had a perimeter around the residence in place. Police Officers then entered and while searching the interior of the residence found a male hiding inside. This resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Arabian Parker, who was taken into custody by police inside the residence. Parker was charged with the following;
1)PL 140.25- Burglary In The Second Degree, a Class C Felony.
2)PL 155.25-Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.
3) PL 190.23-False Personation, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Parker was processed at The New Hartford Police Department and then transported to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment in The Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
