Emily Clapper was located in good health in the city of Oneonta by Oneonta Police. We would like to thank the public for their assistance.
State Police is searching for 16-year-old Emily R. Clapper who was reported missing on October 2nd.
Emily is described as 5 foot 4 inches tall, 120 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt with “OLD FORGE” in white letters and possibly grey sweatpants. Troopers believe she may be in the city of Oneonta area.
