102nd Birthday of Mr. Stanley Portzeba

Members of the Sheriff’s Office were honored to acknowledge the 102nd Birthday of Mr. Stanley Portzeba of Whitesboro at a breakfast this morning at the Boulevard Diner. Stanley is one of Oneida County’s oldest living Veterans and a big supporter of law enforcement.  Stanley was previously given Honorary Sheriff’s Credentials when he turned 100, so today he was presented a plaque for his 102nd Birthday.
