We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Corrections Officer James Steates on his retirement after dedicating 25 years of service to the Sheriff's Office. During his illustrious career, Officer Steates was recognized with numerous awards and commendations including the Grand Cordon (twice), Wounded in Combat, the Robert Joslyn Award, Ready Commendation, and Good Conduct (twice).
We would like to express our appreciation for his hard work and commitment to the Sheriff's Office. We wish him all the very best in his retirement!
